These terms apply to all bookings of retreats, events, and experiences organized by Lux Mundi Berlin UG.
2. Services
Lux Mundi provides curated luxury retreats including accommodation, meals, creative sessions, and artistic experiences as described at the time of booking.
Transportation to/from the retreat location is not included.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit of a 50% or full payment.
Remaining balance due no later than 30 days before event start.
Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation by Participant
Participant cancellation:
60 days prior to the event, guest can recoup the deposit and any additional fee paid.
Less that 60 days prior to the event: no refund of deposit.
Replacement participants may be accepted with approval.
5. Cancellation by Organizer
Lux Mundi Berlin reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure or insufficient participation.
All payments will be refunded; further claims are excluded.
6. Liability
Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
Lux Mundi is liable only for intent or gross negligence.
