Lux Mundi will schedule your tattoo on day one, two or three, depending on artist availability. The faster you book, the more freedom you have to select your day. After your tattoo session, you will enjoy a complimentary private photoshoot with a professional wedding photographer to capture your new tattoo and other shots around the beautiful venue. All guests will recieve 50 photos of themselves and the retreat.

On the other days, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the calm of the Chateau and the gorgeous grounds. Lounge poolside, play a game of boules or backgammon in the gardens or go for walk in the surrounding forest. Alternatively, explore idyllic Loire Valley towns like Saumur or Vieux-Tours. At the end of each day, wind down over a delicious dinner and drinks before retiring to your five star suite in the Renaissance Chateau.

Lux Mundi is an all-inclusive luxury tattoo retreat. Guests will pay one price and in turn receive:

• a fine art tattoo;

• accomodation in the five star Renaissance Chateau for three nights;

• all meals and drinks, including wine and beer and non-alcoholic options; and,

• a private professional photoshoot resulting in over 50 digital images.

Guests can choose from three tiers of experiences: basic, premium and luxury, which differentiate themselves only in accomodation size and refinement. The number of rooms within each catagory are limited so act quickly to secure your desired experience.

We only work with experienced tattoo artists with all necessary certifications.

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the region. Lux Mundi is happy to assist with train bookings to Tours or Saumur, the nearest towns.

A shuttle service from Tours or Saumur to the venue is available for all guests.

Of course! Lux Mundi is a perfect retreat for couples or groups of friends.

Friends/partners both getting tattoos while staying in the same room will receive a lodging discount.

Friends and partners not getting tattoos, but staying in the same room will need to pay an extra fee to cover their food and drinks.

Absolutely, clients wishing to enjoy the retreat and private photoshoot are welcome to join and would benefit from a significant discount.

Guests will secure their spot with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

Guests cancellation:

• Cancellation 60 days or more prior to the event: guests will recoup their deposit.

• Cancellation less that 60 days prior to the event: no refund of deposit.

Replacement participants may be accepted with approval.

Organizer cancellation:

Lux Mundi Berlin reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure or insufficient participation. In such an event, all payments, including deposit, will be refunded; further claims are excluded.
